Voice Recording Consent

Consent version: customer-voice-capture-2026-10-19-v3
Publication revision: 19 October 2026
Applies to new recording sessions that accept this version.

SDP Sammy Dean Productions Inc. operates Project X, a service that uses recordings of your own voice to prepare an AI singing voice profile and create songs you request. This document explains the uses you authorize, your retention choices, and the limits of deletion confirmation.

You make your consent choices on the Voice Capture page before a new recording session begins. Reading this document does not accept those choices. Neither retention option is selected in advance.

When you have finished reading, close this tab if it opened separately, or use your browser’s Back button to return.

Who may record

You must be 18 or older, signed in to your own Project X account, and recording your own voice. Before recording, you must confirm your age and that the voice is yours. This is a self-declaration.

What you authorize

Project X records separate voice takes to train an AI singing voice model, prepare and certify your voice profile, and create songs you request for your current order. A combined training file and other working audio may also be created.

Submitting your recordings for training approves your saved Sections 1–8 takes for training-input assembly, training, and certification. The optional personal message, Section 9, stays separate and is not used for voice training. If included in an order, it is used as the personal message in that song.

Project X automatically selects suitable pitch settings for your voice. You do not need to make a key selection on your phone. Voice-model weights and index files are held on Project X’s controlled workstation.

Where voice data is held

During capture, recordings are temporarily stored by the Render-hosted capture service. They are transferred to Project X’s controlled workstation library. After local transfer is verified, the service deletes the transferred audio from Render’s active storage.

The workstation library and applicable working folders hold separate takes, derived working audio, and the voice profile under the retention option you choose. Short calibration previews are working voice data and follow the same retention choice.

Where recording-setup information is held with your takes or profile, it follows the same retention choice. This consent does not require a particular device or microphone.

Recording setup information

You choose your recording device, microphone type, and listening equipment before recording. These choices are saved with each take, and you may update them before a later take if your equipment changes.

Where available, the browser also reports the microphone name, sample rate, channel count, and whether echo cancellation, noise suppression, or automatic gain control is active. We do not collect persistent browser device identifiers. Browser observations are kept separate from the choices you report.

We link this information to the recording session, individual takes, and resulting voice profile to help review quality and provide support. It is not a measurement or guarantee of audio quality. Broader internal development and testing use depends on the separate optional permission below. The information follows your chosen retention period and is included in profile deletion, subject to the snapshot and backup limitations below.

Your required retention choice

Choose exactly one of the following options on the Voice Capture page. Both authorize recording and voice use for your current order. Declining storage for future purchases does not affect your current order.

Delete after this order

I agree to record my own voice and use it for AI voice-model training, certification, and my current song order. I choose deletion of my recordings, derived working audio, voice profile, and linked recording-setup information from active storage within 7 calendar days after this order is complete. This deadline does not apply to snapshots or backups; their permanent deletion timing is not confirmed.

The seven-calendar-day period covers active copies in the controlled workstation master library and applicable working storage, including the trained profile and linked setup information where present. It allows time to resolve current-order technical issues. It does not authorize future-order use. Optional development use ends within this retention period and does not extend the deadline.

Keep for future purchases

I agree to record my own voice and use it for AI voice-model training, certification, and my current song order. I choose to keep my recordings, voice profile, and linked recording-setup information for future song purchases until I withdraw permission or request deletion.

Snapshots and backups

The seven-day deletion deadline does not apply to snapshots or backups. Deletion from active storage does not confirm that every snapshot or backup copy has been removed.

Render snapshot copies and other backups may contain voice data that was present when the copy was made. Render has not confirmed a maximum retention period or permanent-purge schedule in response to Project X’s requests. Project X cannot currently promise when every snapshot or backup copy will be removed.

A deletion confirmation identifies the active-storage scope verified and any remaining unresolved scope. A partial result will not be described as removal of all copies.

Optional development use

Separate optional choice

Optional: I allow my recordings, voice profile, and recording-setup information to be used for internal product development and testing while retained under my chosen option. This does not extend retention or authorize public release, and it does not affect my current order.

This permission is voluntary and unpaid. It covers internal development, testing, and evaluation of Project X’s voice-capture and singing-conversion process while the information is retained under your selected option. It does not authorize public release, unrelated uses, or an extension of retention. Declining it does not affect your current order.

Voice-model training and internal testing take place on Project X’s controlled local workstation. Render provides the temporary capture service. Additional development access or provider arrangements must be disclosed before use.

Withdrawal deletion and confirmation

You may ask Project X to stop future-order or development use and request deletion of linked voice data. Use the available account profile-deletion control or email sdp.projectx.contact@gmail.com. Include the email address on your account and an order or capture-session reference. Do not email audio recordings.

A submitted request or email is not itself proof of deletion. Project X must verify account ownership and the exact profile before acting. We will send a written result to the email address on your account after the deletion work has been checked. It will describe verified removals, preserved records, and anything still unresolved.

Profile deletion preserves account identity, order and payment history, consent and audit evidence, other retained profiles, and finished or delivered songs. Those songs may still contain your converted voice or personal message. Copies you or others have already downloaded or shared cannot be removed by deleting your profile.

Your account and choices

For each new recording session, you must accept the current consent version on the Voice Capture page, choose one retention option, and confirm age and voice ownership. Recording access does not authorize payment, a complimentary order, use of another person’s recordings, or use of earlier pilot recordings.

This version applies to new recording sessions that accept it. Previously accepted consent records keep their recorded terms; publishing this version does not extend an earlier deletion deadline.

Questions may be sent to sdp.projectx.contact@gmail.com. Recording instructions are provided separately.
